Barney D. Riley established Dunbar Sales in 1970.
Now operated by Barney, his wife Peggy and partner Steve Pittman, Dunbar
Sales is now the oldest Catalina dealership on the east coast and among
the oldest in the nation. We proudly serve all of Georgia, South Carolina and
Northeast Florida including Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Jacksonville, St.
Augustine and Daytona.
Steve Pittman, who has over 30 years experience as a marine
professional, is primarily responsible for boat service and
commissioning. We do all of our own commissioning and service with our
own "in house staff". We place great emphasis on service and support
after the sale.
Dunbar Sales has received several awards for "service
after the sale". We have also been awarded with the prestigious
"Million Dollar Club" membership for several years. We are committed to
giving you, our customer, great service.
We will travel our entire
market area to ensure that our customers are pleased and confident with
their new Catalina.
MARINA STORE
Dunbar Sales' retail store is located at the Golden Isles Marina. Our
store features a wide variety of boating accessories, clothing, repair
and maintenance items. We carry a variety of lines including Douglas
Gill, Sperry Topsider, NOAA Charts, Weems & Plath, Ultimate Products and
more!
